The Blackout
The Blackout are an up and coming rock band from South Wales, who are signed to Fierce Panda Records.
We designed the artwork for The Blackouts' debut mini album 'The Blackout! The Blackout! The Blackout!" and their fist single "Hard Slammin" both were released October 2006 on Fierce Panda Records. The Artwork included cover, booklet and CD design.
We also created The Blackouts website which tied in to the design of the album artwork, this created continuity between their album and website which intern creates almost a recognisable brand for the band. The website features static pages aswell as dynamic pages that could be managed by the client themselves so that they're news and gig dates could be easily kept up to date.
The music video to the single "The Beijing Cocktail" by The Blackout was filmed and edited in the Autumn of 2007. It has had broadcast time on both Kerrang! and Scuzz music channels on satellite and digital TV.
